Beta Star – rapid antibiotic test kit

The Beta Star kit is a receptor assay for rapid determination of ß-lactam antibiotics (e.g. penicillin, ampicillin etc.) in milk. The test is based on a specific ß-lactam receptor , a protein, linked to gold particles.

Beta Star 25 kit contains:

25 vials (25 tests) with lyophilised receptor;
25 test strips;
1 syringe;
25 tips.

Equipment needed: Incubator set at 47.5°C

BetaStar® 100 is a receptor assay test for rapid determination of beta-lactam and cephalosporin antibiotics (e.g., penicillin, ampicillin, cephalonium etc.) in milk.

BetaStar® 100 is a fast and robust test, which can easily be used by dairies, farmers, milk receivers and milk-testing laboratories.
