AVEBE is a prominent, worldwide supplier of nutrition and texturing food ingredients, based mainly of starch. Raw materials derived from potato, maize and tapioca are used to provide our customers with a comprehensive range of ingredients for use in making processed meat, poultry, fish, dairy, bakery and etc. The company produces their products in six world countries: German, Holland , France , Sweden , the USA and Thailand.


Potato starch “food grade” , native and modified (E 1442, E 1422, E 1414, E 1450).

Because of low protein and lipid content, potato starch has no typical taste qualities. Potato starch has good water ability of bind, clear structure and is stable in a high and low temperature. Potato starch has wild applications because of good hardiness of mechanical influence as were it is stable in acid environment

Applications: soups, sauces, ketchups, desserts, milk products, confectionary, noodles, meat and fish products, creams, pharmacy and children food.


Waxy maize starch , modified (E 1442, E 1422).

Waxy maize starch has an expressive taste quality and makes hazy and smooth structure. The stability at high and low temperatures, also mechanical influence changes depending on modification grade.

Applications: soups, ketchups, milk products, desserts and mayonnaises.


Tapioca starch, native and modified (E 1442, E 1414)

Tapioca starch is with soft (gentle) taste qualities. It makes clear, creamy and homogeneous structure. Tapioca starch has good water ability of bind, very good stability at a high and low temperature.


Potatoe fiber, native

High quality native potato fiber. The fiber properties are bound (to take) a cold water and fat. Potato fibers properties doesn’t influence the changes of the temperature and pH, as well as a strong mechanical treatment. They stabilize the emulsion and  give constant consistency.

Aplications: confectionery, cookery and meat products.
